We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact us as soon as you know you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Fees:

More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
2–24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service price.
Less than 2 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service price.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients.
