Please note we have a have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you cannot make the appointment, please call as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to keep your reserved time.  Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of appointment time will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. Late cancel, no call/no show will be charged for the full price of the service you reserved.  We reserve your appointment with a credit card.  This is to ensure that we do not turn away other clients for the time we had reserved for you.  We appreciate your understanding and consideration for our stylist's time and paycheck!
