We welcome clients transferring from other lash salons! However, not all lash extensions can be safely maintained by another artist, and there are a few important things to know before scheduling your first touch-up with us.

Can We Work With Your Existing Extensions?

We are happy to work with extensions from another salon as long as they have been properly applied and your natural lashes are healthy.

If we find excessive adhesive, extensions stuck together, improper placement, or other issues that could compromise your natural lashes, a removal and new full set may be necessary.

We recommend a consultation before booking so we can evaluate your existing extensions and determine the appropriate service. Depending on the condition of your lashes, your appointment may need to be scheduled for another day.

Foreign Fill Fee — $25 +

An minimum $25 fee applies to your first touch-up with us, depending on the amount of extra time needed.

Working with another artist’s extensions requires extra time, even when they have been applied correctly. We may need to separate extensions that are stuck together, correct placement issues, and carefully match the existing lengths, curls, and lash mapping.

Matching Your Existing Lashes

Because lash artists use different products and styling techniques, we cannot guarantee an exact match to your existing extensions.

Your lashes may look slightly different during the transition, and it can take several touch-ups before all extensions are replaced with our work and the overall appearance becomes uniform.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our standard satisfaction guarantee does not apply to foreign fills until your third touch-up with us (approximately six weeks after your first appointment).

This allows time for the previous artist’s extensions to shed naturally and be replaced with our work, so we can confidently stand behind the application and retention of the lashes we’re responsible for.

Before Scheduling

Please add the Foreign Fill Service to the touch up service you select to add the time needed to set aside for your touch up, and let us know in the notes if you’re currently wearing extensions from another salon. We can help determine whether a consultation, foreign fill, or removal and new full set is the best option.
