Janelle Koch
Founder | Master Lash Artist | Educator
Janelle Koch has been a licensed esthetician since 1999 and specializing in eyelash extensions since 2006. She founded Blink Lash Boutique in San Diego in 2008, establishing a reputation for exceptional lash artistry, responsible application, and outstanding client care. After relocating back to her hometown of Spokane, she successfully rebuilt her clientele and continued growing the Blink brand.
With 20 years of experience in the lash industry, Janelle has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful and sustainable lash business. Her approach has always emphasized technical excellence, natural lash health, and the importance of building lasting client relationships through trust, consistency, and professionalism.
Today, Janelle is increasingly focused on education and mentoring the next generation of lash artists. Through hands-on training and her developing education brand, The Lash Pro Code, she is passionate about helping artists build the technical skills, business knowledge, and client relationships necessary for long-term success.
Her goal is to help lash artists not only become better at their craft, but build careers they can truly thrive in.
Jen Pearson
Co-Owner | Master Lash Artist | Educator
A licensed Esthetician since 2003, Jen Pearson has worked at many of the top day spas throughout northern and southern California, that is where she spent years developing and growing her knowledge of skin care. Her desire to expand her skill set in the beauty industry led her to eyelash extensions; she became certified in 2007 and later became a certified trainer with JB Cosmetics. Having always had the dream of opening a specialty eyelash boutique, Jen partnered with Janelle and Blink Lash Boutique in 2010. In Spring of 2018, Jen visited Spokane for the first time and instantly feel in love! Shortly after, Blink Spokane was open for business. In January 2021, Jen her husband Mike and their two daughters, MarKenley & Josselyn, sold their home in San Diego, made the permanent move to Spokane and haven't looked back! Jen specializes in classic lashes extensions & Lash Lifts.

I've always loved how a new set of lashes can make you instantly feel more confident, and I'm so excited to turn that passion into what I do everyday.
