The Lash Pro Workshop gives you the opportunity to learn directly from master lash artist, educator and salon owner Janelle Koch. With over 20 years in the lash industry, Janelle began her career when eyelash extensions were still emerging and went on to build multiple successful lash salons from the ground up, long before dedicated lash salons became commonplace.

Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, this personalized workshop combines hands-on technical refinement with practical business knowledge gained from working with clients, mentoring artists and building successful salons. This workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will identify opportunities for growth so you leave with greater confidence in your abilities, stronger technical skills, and a clearer understanding of what it takes to build a successful lash career.

Class Details

7 hours of personalized, hands-on training with master lash artist Janelle Koch
Training manual will be sent out via email prior to the class
Includes a complimentary digital copy of The Lash Pro Code: The Client Loyalty Playbook to help you continue building client relationships to grow your business
A model is needed for a portion of the training and should not have extensions on
Must be licensed or currently enrolled in beauty school with a base level of experience with eyelash extensions
Training kit available for extra cost
Hands-on instruction is tailored to each student's experience, skill level and individual goals

Meet Your Educator

Janelle Koch | Master Lash Artist & Educator

Janelle has been a licensed esthetician since 1999 and a professional lash artist since 2006. With two decades in the lash industry, she has built and operated multiple successful lash boutiques.

Throughout her career, Janelle has trained and mentored numerous lash artists throughout Southern California and Washington, many who have gone on to build successful careers of their own, including some who have gone on to become educators themselves.

What has consistently set Janelle apart is her exceptionally high standards, both in lash artistry and client care. From meticulous and safe lash application to delivering an outstanding client experience, she stands on the philosophy that every detail matters.

She brings those same standards to education, teaching artists not only how to improve their technical skills, but also how to build client trust, earn loyalty and establish a reputation for quality and professionalism.

Her goal is to help every artist she works with reach their full potential, develop the same commitment to excellence, and build a career they can be proud of.
